Song comes from a strong background of customer service. All her previous experience comes from service-oriented jobs paying attention to customer satisfaction. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Graphic Arts, Song is very detail oriented, organized and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly. After moving from the Graphic Design industry, Song went out on her own to explore the Insurance world. There, she made sure that clients were fully educated on what they were choosing and kept good business relationships ensuring customer retention.
The drastic jump from Graphic Design to Insurance was because Song felt drawn to assisting people and helping them to make good and informed decisions. Song, who has always been a self-starter and business minded individual has moved into the Financial World, she feels that a lot of her skills apply to keeping customers informed, educated and happy ending.
In her free time, she loves volunteering with several organizations, helping those in need and spending time with her two rescue pups.
