John "JC" Hutchins, IV

JC has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry with a background in operations, management, and compliance. He received his BA in Business with emphasis in Finance from Bellarmine University. He supports RPS in all aspects of the financial planning and investment process, which includes the design and implementation of client financial plans and investment strategies. He provides direct support to the principals and associates of the firm in meeting preparation, client investment needs and planning. JC is originally from Maryland and currently lives in Louisville with his wife Michelle, daughter Gracie, and dogs Malibu and Stella.
JC holds series 7, 66 & 24 as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. He is a Registered Sales Assistant with First Allied Securities, Inc. (FASI). FASI is a member of FINRA or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as well as SIPC of the Securities Investment Protection Corporation.
Director of Operations
Jeanie joined Retirement Planning Solutions in August of 2005. Although she was new to the financial world, she had more than 15 years of experience in office/operations management and customer service. As Director of Operations, her responsibilities include all aspects of client service including account establishment; maintenance and database management; business processing; scheduling; compliance; marketing; and assisting the advisors to service the client needs as well as helping them provide the type of service our clients expect. The other part of her responsibilities include making sure all operating systems such as the phone and computer are in good order, establishing and implementing new procedures, and offering support to all staff.
Jeanie's best life lesson came from her dad, who said, "Any job you do, take pride in it and do the job right the first time." Jeanie was selected as one of the top three assistants or office managers out of over 500 offices in the country who run an efficient office to be a guest panelist/speaker at the First Allied 2011 National Conference. She was also selected in to be a guest panelist/speaker at the First Allied 2015 & 2018 National Conference.
Jeanie and her husband Melvin have been married since 1993. Although they have no children, they are parents to their "four-legged" babies Mollie, a Jack Russel/Beagle mix who leaves them laughing everyday with her antics, and their rescued beagle Jake who is learning what it's like to be loved. They also have a beautiful goddaughter, Crystal, and 2 amazing great-godchildren, Daellon and Dayla Belle. Jeanie's passions are riding with her husband on their motorcycle, reading, arts and crafts, antique shopping and spoiling her godchildren.
Keli's background is in marketing and communications, and over the years she has worked in communications for various corporate and non-profit organizations. She has also served as adjunct faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University, teaching business communications and English literature.
Keli graduated from Butler University with degrees in Public/Corporate Communications and Spanish, and she earned an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Keli is married and has four children. She volunteers as a tutor at the Backside Learning Center, teaching English to the Spanish-speaking employees at Churchill Downs. Keli also lends her talents to Sacred Heart Academy by coordinating its raffle for the school’s annual gala. She is the Social Chair for the Louisville Sailing Club, and in her free time she enjoys gardening, hiking and sailing.
